Make sure you prepare ahead of time prior to speaking to your team. Consider the questions that might be asked and understand what your employees are currently working on. Be sure you are considerate and think of good answers pertaining to their questions. Your team will respect you more when you have the answers they need. It can save lots of valuable time, too.
Set goals for your whole business. Everyone enjoys working towards a goal, and people that lead will find ways to get goals reached in an easy way.
